Sometime it's quicker and easier to use a jack than a lift.

That's when we roll out the "son of the beast"...

We plan on filling the raised vegetable beds this weekend...

...only...we didn't know the straw, which was compressed, would swell up. We will be removing much of the straw.  We are using s small layer of straw as a base to help control weeds and absorb water.

Dinner...

Steak (no Gary didn't eat all that meat), left over cole slaw and fried potatoes and onions.
