Today was all about Thanksgiving shopping...

There is always something blooming in Florida...

Roast pork loin, Brussels sprouts, cooked apples, avocado and tomato salad.

I took a little break from blogging to watch a week long Autoimmune  Summit.  These podcast  were five hours daily for one week only. So, I watched nightly and very early in the morning. With several family members with Autoimmune problems I wanted to keep informed.

I made a nut, seed and oatmeal bread to snack on at work...recipe from one of my favorite blogs.....My New Roots  It's final 30 minutes of cooking is done after removing it from it's pan and placing it directly on the oven rack.

The best part of the weekend was a photo of Addie on her very first camping trip...Looks like the rain didn't matter to her.

Dinner...

Fried chicken, string beans and a salad.

Wards...they installed new shelving for their onions and potatoes...

I went to an Eye, Ear and Nose doctor ...a hearing test revealed my hearing is good...apparently I had lots of ear infections as a youngster  and one of my ear drums was perforated.  Doc suggested I irrigate my nose for my allergy symptoms.   Life goes on....

My mother was given this beautiful flower arrangement. The flowers lasted for a week.

Dinner...

Steak, spinach, zucchini  with onion, mushrooms and buckwheat Soba noodle and a broccoli soup.

The moon tonight...

Guess who bought an iPhone 6 Plus...thats right the twin...the person who said he would never get rid of his flip phone.   Welcome to the future! (he loves it!)  We are now waiting for the mechanic to join the rest of the world.

Last weekend was cold enough for the twin to treat us to a fire.

 I admired his Club Car parked in his neat garage...

 ...and this is I believe,is the very first salad he ever made for company...guess what he will be bringin for Thanksgiving dinner!
