My Sunday walk around...started with coffee on the dock.

...checking out the new growth...plants are looking good after the deer...

My kitchen window view is getting blocked by the Althea.

...so the mechanic spent some time trimming...so now I can enjoy my view of the front yard and pecan grove.

 Some plants are thriving...

 ...and some have peaked.

We are enjoying cooking and eating fresh vine ripe tomatoes...

Publix cherries...

 The mechanic brought home delicious Georgia peaches.

Dinner...

Steak, tomatoes, onion, green peppers, mushrooms and broccoli over brown rice.

Chris' pure bred Florida native orchid...Bronze Green Fly...

Grilled chicken, mashed sweet potatoes and cole slaw.

 

Sunday my brother, my sister-in-law and their adult children and grandchildren drove to Florida from Georgia for a visit...We had a great visit!

They also paid a visit to Nana and little brother's house.

Ham, with onions, tomatoes and mushrooms...salad with goat cheese...peach and kiwi in yogurt.

Happy Anniversary

July 12, 1975 was a great year...Gary and Brigitte got married! Two children, two grandchildren, a successful business and a great place to live...life is so good!
