Martha and I had a ball...it was so nice to talk about food for three hours with people who love to cook.
So..we kneaded, slapped, pinched and stretched our dough...
...and let it rise.
We are already talking about taking another cooking class...maybe pasta making.
Ready for baking...We took ours home for baking.A good time had all...
This is my dough after I bring it home and after its second rising...Because of time constrains we made mini French loafs...

French bread with butter, crock pot roast with potaotes, carrots and celery and a brocolli, tomatoe and avacado salad. |
