Sunday

I love the color of my spinach stems...
Soup for next week's lunch...
Lunch...soup with the rest of my bread and lots of butter in the soup and bread.
I wanted to try cooking a whole chicken in my crock pot...most recipes said spices were necessary...especially paprika...mainly for color...
 Fresh Thyme from my garden and lemon inside the cavity.
I used the leftover lemon and salt to clean my wooden cutting board.
Dinner...
Crockpot chicken, salad, asparagus, avocado and forbidden rice.
