My view this morning at 5:55 from my treadmill.

We saw a white heron this afternoon.  I guess he/she was looking for dinner.

Our dock is 27 years old. It was built by the mechanic, his twin and my older brother.

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Cuisinart hand blender. I have been wanting to try it out.  So tonight I tried it on potatoes.  It works great and I like it but not for mash potatoes. 

Dinner...

Grilled Teriyaki shrimp, pineapple, kale and mashed potatoes.

I forgot to take a picture of my plate, but I'm sure you can guess what I ate.
