Beef Tongue...the mechanic, growing up on a cattle ranch had to eat it but, he hated it...which is good because I won't be buying it!

Dinner tonight...

T-bone steak, asparagus, bok choy with mushroom and onions. For the bok choy, when I don't have home made stock I use Miso soup.
