Saturday

My son went to the 27th annual Hoggetowne Medieval Faire...he sent sent me photos...


Dinner tonight..I had to bring out the big pan...


Pot Roast...brown the boneless beef chuck roast on all sides.

Remove the meat. Then cook 2 large onions until browned.
Add the roast back in ...add 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup wine vinegar... cover and cook for one hour.


Add celery, carrots and potatoes and cook covered for another hour.
