My latest self-help book.
A few key points I found interesting enough to share.

- The unhappiest people have unrealistic expectation for their lives.
- Many people confuse pleasure with happiness and spend their lives trying to pump as much pleasure into their existence as they possible can, hoping that it will make them happy.
- True happiness is more enduring than pleasure.
- Stress robs us of our ability to experience pleasure.
- Everything that gives us pleasure has the potential to become addicting when abused.

On that note my pleasure is cooking and eating.
Dinner...
roasted grape tomatoes for the salad
Lamp chops, mashed potatoes, salad and an avocado.
