Our techs rarely ask me for help with vehicles...sometimes to bleed brakes, move a car, roll up windows if raining...this time Elvin dropped his flashlight in a tight stop and needed a little arm to reach it😁

i use bread crumbs instead of the cereal

and almond flour

and almond milk

and no added oil

and thighs instead of skinless breast
