I was in a lazy mood this morning, so I stopped my workout early to take pictures. Morning pictures are so easy and usually come out good.

Of course I went down to the lake...

Then I check on the shells my daughter gave me.  The previous owner left them at her house.  She knows I love shells...plus they had been sprayed with perfume and smelled like a french whore! This is why I am leaving them outside in the sun for a very long time.

Pork chop, mash potatoes, corn, broccoli and zucchini. I had an artichoke and salad instead of a pork chop.
