One Year Ago

this morning

It's been a year since my fall at Dominique's house causing me to brake my right elbow.

today
i almost have full range of motion
i  still do my exercises
and i'm afraid to lose that range

here i was finally able to eat with my right hand, somewhat hard but still i was thrilled

I really had to hold my arm in place
took weeks to do this
still couldn't do my hair😱

Surgery July 29, 2018

today July 29, 2019
no pain but much
tightness

the metal plate is 2 ½ inches and bothers me
so after a year you can have it removed
i plan to do this in October
