Last Thursday Dom, mom and I attended Jose (one of Dom's caregivers and now part of the family) graduation from his nursing program.

It was nice to dress up...

Yesterday I made Chris some egg muffins...

eggs, bacon, onion and cheese

...love how they rise up like a souffle ...

....then quickly fall as they cool down...

Used my new muffin pan.  Love it, as it is heavy duty, non-stick and made in the USA. No more paper liners.

My old one was from Gary's first marriage...also made in the USA and good old Sears.
