Martha and I drove to Ocala to hear Dr. Greger lecture. He is the author of "How Not To Die". Mom asked me what I learned and the answer was I didn't learn anything new. He just reaffirmed that my way of eating works for me.
Then we stopped in Micanopy so she could show me where her daughter will be married next month.
It's a beautiful place to get married. I loved all the woodwork...we met the young owner and commented among ourselves how young he was to own such a place...we wish him all the luck in his new venture.
