Wednesday

Another rear end being delivered today...
This week we are replacing the torque converter on our CPA's van. The transmission has to be removed in order to install it...
The new torque converter...In brief, the torque converter is a type of fluid coupling, which allows the engine to spin somewhat independently of the transmission. It is responsible for pressurizing automatic transmission fluid, a pressurization that supplies the force necessary to shift transmission gears. (That definition was copied and pasted from google haha).
There it is going in between the motor and the transmission...and it's heavy.
Just finished reading this book...if you liked "The Tipping Point" you will like this book, as it has a similar style.
Dinner...
Barbecue chicken, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and potatoes. Also petite pickles, I'm dreaming of pickling my own.
