Everyday I have lunch with my mother.  I enjoy watching her preparing meals she made for us back in the day.  Today she is preparing a Puerto Rican dish of boiled green bananas and Yautia.  These are eaten with a little olive oil drizzled on top.



Me...tonight I made what I call juicy chicken.  Brown chicken...add whatever veggies you want or have on hand...cover and cook for about 30 minutes.  Serve with Soba noodles.
