A homeless guy riding his bike past the shop caught Elvin's eye...so Elvin yelled out he wanted to ride his cool bike..the guy rode to the shop to show off his bike...Elvin says the guy has to get a running start to jump on the ridiculously high bike seat...said the dog was very nice and calm.
