So what is Elvin doing?

once a year we get inspected to make sure we comply with safety and toxic waste materials removal laws
we had to do a small cleanup at our used oil tank site
sometimes a spillage occurs when pouring the oil change buckets into the large used oil tank container
so JT got rid of the contaminated dirt
and Elvin is taking lime rock from the front yard to replace the dirt
also he said the work warmed him up as he was cold (he hates the cold!)
