More scary equipment...
My friend Barbara's husband has taken an interest in cooking and eating healthy, He researched olive oil and found that a lot of what's out there is not really what the bottle says. Some of it isn't even olive oil. So when one of my favorites blogs (Paleo Mom) had a post on olive oil I read it. I learned you should buy olive oil with a harvest date (who knew) and she suggested buying from California. As usually Wards was where I found some. $22...
From yesterday morning as today it was cold and windy and I didn't feel like going down to the lake.
Dinner...
Grass fed ground beef with brown rice noodles, broccoli, salad and artichoke. |
