I didn't buy these Thai eggplants from Wards today...I've never heard of them and Gary isn't a fan of American eggplants.

Dinner...

Rice noodles, olives, onions, green bell peppers, capers, carrots, zucchini and beef stir-fry.

Happy Birthday Stacy!

Last Friday Gary and I went to see Connor at his Taekwondo competition.  This was to receive a higher belt. It was a lot of fun watching the kids learning discipline...and all that kicking and shouting.

It was also Stacy's birthday! We had a great lunch, shopping spree and visit with the grandchildren.

 Stacy is starting to sew... I bought a pair of jeans and she hemmed them for me!

We missed the cake John baked, so John sent a photo...yes there are 36 candles on that cake!

 Dinner...

Baked chicken (this is my plate...I love the back with all the bones), cauliflower rice with onions and a salad.

It sure has been cold up here in North Central Florida!

In case anyone out there owns a Rolls Royce....yes we do work on them!

The owner of this car told me she loves the lime green color of her car as she never has trouble locating it in a parking lot!

Baked Cod fish with onions, tomatoes, green olives and capers, yellow rice and a salad.
