After winter, pecan trees are the last trees to grow their leave...so winter is officially over!

The Clivia are still blooming.

The lake is calm, we are expecting lots of rain tomorrow evening and Saturday. (My son's birthday)

The grass is loving all this rain.

If you haven bought or tried ceramic knives you are missing out. I resisted for quite awhile as they were not as cool as the big knives the Food Network chefs and I use.  But they are really great for vegetables.

 Dinner tonight...

 Shrimp, kale, onions, carrots, celery, radish with Soba noodles and pumpkin puree.
