Photo from the twin...


So...after two years of no grass near the house Gary has been letting the grass near the road grow over the pavement.  This is so we (I) can plant the cuttings.  After years of replanting grass we don't like to introduce store bought grass as it brings in different weeds.


Gary trimmed the grass and I weeded and planted the clippings...Hopefully the lawn has recovered from years of over processing and fungus...and the cuttings will take.


Still wondering what to do about this hot pepper...any ideas?

It seems like the zucchini are taking forever to grow...


Gardenias from the twin...



The base for my oil free salad dressing is composed of 2 tablespoons of vinegar, mustard, all the spices in my spice drawer and 8 tablespoons of water...the trick is you have to let it sit overnight for the spices to fully flavor the water...otherwise it's just water.


I then blend it with either zucchini, avocado or cashews. These thicken the mixture. Then you can add almond butter, tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, garlic etc...whatever else you want to add for the desired flavor.

Zucchini, sun dried tomatoes, onions, capers and nutritional yeast.


Dinner...

Steak and mash potatoes.
