 New recipe for lunch...I love recipes with photos...even though mine never-never look like the picture.

It's hard to get a crust when you don't use oil when pan frying😩but it was delicious...that is if you like garbanzo beans...plus I substituted oatmeal instead of the bread crumb...

Dinner...

Rare roast (bloody) white rice with our collard greens.

Salad...I will mix the liquid dressing with the mashed avocado for my salad dressing.
