Driving and mango eating...I remember when we were young and eating hamburgers on the road, Gary could drive for miles steering with his knees while he ate a burger and dipping his fries in ketchup and sipping on a beer! The good old days!
As mango season is starting to whine down...my new obsession...Figs...
Soaked overnight and now I will dehydrate these walnuts and pumpkin seeds overnight...
