So...while in the hospital with Gary I finally finished the sweater I started two years ago...Knitting seems the only calming thing I could do. Now hopefully it will get blocked and assembled sometime this year!

My neighbor has spoiled me...she made me three casseroles which I ate over the course of the weeks Gary was in the hospital (craw-fish etouffe, black bean and spinach lasagna and arroz con pollo)...Yesterday she brought over monkey bread...as you can see we enjoyed it.

Dinner...

Rice noodles with sausage, all colors bell peppers, olives, tomatoes and kidney beans...topped with Parmesan cheese.
