Fifteen minutes can make such a difference.

and finally 6:45 as I was leaving for work...A beautiful morning after days of rain!

All went well my first week back at the Shop.  I only had to help four customer's, answered two phone calls, and bonded with the technicians.  The mechanic did not schedule much for the morning until I get my sea legs back!

His - A pork pattie is somewhere under the red peppers and onions, corn with spinach over couscous.

Mine - same but a salad instead of pork.

And I sometimes like to include a picture of the mess.  It's a good thing I like eating cause cooking is work!
