Saturday I spent the afternoon with my mother and baby brother. My brother and I did our annual Office Depot shopping for tax season. We love the store...we love office supplies!
Today was about laundry, cleaning and cooking...I made chicken stock.
So, dinner included the boiled chicken.
Chicken salad over lettuce and a baked potato.
Today has been cold. Tonight we will get our second freeze. I guess
we will loose our banana plants. Cold, beautiful day at the pecan grove.
On my coffee break, I enjoyed reading the new issue of More magazine.
