I've never used a cast iron grill pan...this one my mom gave me...it is well used. Now that we rarely grill I use it regularly... 

Since I often cook for Chris I bought a bigger one to hold three steaks or more chicken.

I also learned use can use a stainless steel chain cleaner on these pans for easier cleaning...

I also inherited this Le Creuset pot. My mother's sister (my aunt) bought this for her many years ago...

Placed in the dehydrator for about 10 hours...
