It was a beautiful weekend...

Dinner...The mechanic marinated the pork roast as I worked today...a skill I didn't know he had!

Yesterday we had sweet potato zoodles...which turned out dry and tasteless...the twin who never leaves any food on his plate...did leave the sweet potato zoodles!

Here I am checking myself out before a job interview...notice the straight hair! It was a cool morning no humidity! I sent the picture to Stacy...she reminded me to smile...lol...I am selfie challenged.

Okay this is a weird picture! A customer of the mechanic gave me a mandolin.  I had one once and almost cut my finger off and swore I wouldn't ever use one again.  I was very, very, very careful this time.

My friend Barbara's view this morning out in Arizona.

And her miss Natalie...growing five days old!

My main project today along with applying for jobs was to organize my recipes...A long overdue progect. I store them in binders.

I tossed many outdated recipes and ones that I never tried and ones that no one liked...I wonder what I was thinking with some of them...

Martin's appliance came out to replace the belt and rollers on my noisy dryer.  In case anyone wanted to see what the inside of a dryer looks like...

Spotted some cool mushrooms on my way down to the lake to feed the fish.

Looks like the mechanic's flower seeds have popped out!

Since I was home all day and knew my recipe project would take all day I started a slow cooker beef roast.

Dinner...

Beef roast with potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and sweet potatoes.

Looks like the twin is eating speckled perch tonight!

 I love watching a plant sprout roots...but after awhile the mechanic feels sorry for the poor plant and puts it in a pot...my celery plants in pots...

Chicken breast cooked with onions, green peppers, garlic and tomatoes, mash sweet potatoes and a salad.

I found Connor's stained white t-shirt that he left behind...so, I never was a hippy but I wanted to be one.  Mom and Dad wouldn't let me!  But I love tye dye anything! So I thought I would make a shirt for Addie...I like how it turned out but you can still see the stains...oh well maybe it could be a nightie.

Dinner...

The mechanic wanted to know what we were having for dinner tonight. I said something like spaghetti that's not spaghetti! So...Spaghetti that's not spaghetti, asparagus and avocado. (No garlic bread, so it's not spaghetti and it's on brown rice noodles).

 Looks like we are going to have bananas this year.  This popped out overnight!

First time we have ever been opened on a Sunday...Uber inspection day...
