My Saturday walk around...it was a very warm day in North Central Florida, in the low 80's.
Lots of pollen in the air and water.

 The water is high but not as high as we have seen it in the 37 years we have lived here.

 Native ferns.

 Native air plant.

 Neighbor's azaleas in full bloom.

 The twin...fishing.

The moth in our new windows is the color of rose petals...yellow with some pink.

Happy First Day Of Spring!

Living in Florida we eat lots of avocados.  I love when I find a seed which has already started to germinate inside the fruit.  Avocados trees don't grow well this far north but I love watching one grow for awhile in my kitchen. In one week I found three of these germinated seeds.  This one is the biggest.

...tonight...after two weeks.

 Green is my favorite color.

With more rain expected the twin worked all weekend to finish what he calls the ramp of the deck.
All that's left to do is the fascia board.

Back in the day we had one of those huge satellite dishes...I never thought we would be rid of it as the metal  pole was buried in 2 feet of concrete...but the mechanic ground it down with a grinder.

It sure looked like it was going to be a beautiful Saturday.

 I had my coffee and did my chores.

I was worried I would regret the yellow paint in the kid's bedroom...but I really like it in the natural light...

My view eating lunch...still loving the new windows.

 ...the twin came over to work on the deck...

...the twin bought new work jeans...

Received a text picture from my daughter...my grandson put together his new Lego Chima toy...looks like a gator to me!

 Only in North Central Florida is it in the 30's in the morning and the high 70's in the afternoon.

It's nice to get a Thank-you card in the mail.
