So...I ground the spinach I had dehydrated yesterday...

Drinking and driving with my banana, pineapple, apple and spinach powder smoothie...I don't drink smoothies cause they are too sweet for me...this one was sweet! Maybe a green drink would be better.

I'm trying to freeze some of our spinach as we have so much...it's very time consuming...picking...washing...drying. I guess that's why farm family's had lots of children...to help!

I got to use my vacuum seal machine...

Well after several days of it being in the pool I finally rescued the large bullfrog I had scared into the water...I didn't even get a thanks...
