Windy and cold....

Today wasn't too cold for Elvin to work on his motorcycle...

... but he parked his bike.

Gary is following his twin's example by catch and release of our pesky armadillo.

I harvested some veggies...not sure what the frost will do to my garden.

Dinner...

Florida lobster, fried sweet potatoes, collard greens and a salad.

Looks like Stacy had Maine lobster for dinner! My mom had lobster for lunch today.

Here I am meeting a future customer...kinda looks like I forgot how to hold a baby.

The water levels are really dropping...we need rain.

Before - trying fried chicken in the Air Fryer...dip in Flax seed milk, roll in cornmeal and brush with a little olive oil...

After - 20 minutes Delicious and easy clean up!

Wednesday

When I got to Dom's house last night my mom's neighbor had brought her half of a freshly baked sourdough bread loaf! So mom and I buttered 4 slices and enjoyed every bite.

Before...cooked potatoes in my new air fryer...

After...I did add a little bit of oil...no oven, no smell, easy to clean and delicious.

My sister-in-law, Jan surprised me with a gift...

I had never heard of this appliance...so I googled it...sounds like a healthy way to cook...

First veggie I wanted to try...super broccoli, salt, pepper and some Bragg's Liquid Aminos...The broccoli was firm but tasted cooked as opposed to raw.

She bought herself one and she started out with Brussels sprouts...

Saw this while gassing up...the front part of a semi truck towing a truck...looked odd...

Dinner...

Grass fed beef patty with onions, tomato and bell peppers, avocado and broccoli.

I added my broccoli to my salad.

I saw this veggie at Wards today...I googled it and learned it can be eaten raw...so in my cut up lunch veggies it will go...Red kohlrabi...

...thought I'd try some Flax milk...

 Dinner...

Grilled chicken, avocado and string beans.

Gary harvested my turmeric root...now I have to dehydrate the tubers and grind them up to a powder.
